Confidentiality Policy
The Foundation abides fully to Data Protection principles.
The information provided by beneficiaries shall only be held and processed by the Foundation to manage its services efficiently and competently.
Any information provide by beneficiaries is confidential, and absolutely no information that could lead to the identification of any individual shall be disclosed in any reports, or to any other party. No identifiable personal data shall ever be published.
The identifiable data is not shared with any other organisation, except those contacted in view of the assistance given to beneficiaries by the Foundation, and only with the prior consent of the beneficiaries themselves.
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for any information that beneficiaries might disclose in focus group/s and/or group interview/s organised by the Foundation.
